Fertilization At the fertilization living lab, we aim to address the environmental and economic challenges posed by excessive nitrogen fertilizer use in seed production. Our goal is to maintain seed yield and quality levels while reducing nitrogen fertilizer input. Through field trials and collaboration with stakeholders, we want to develop implementable fertilization protocols to promote sustainable practices and reduce nitrogen leakages in seed production. Herbicide-free weed control Our goal for 2030: Reduce the use herbicides for weed control significantly for seed production. We’re pioneering technologies that to replace the use of herbicides while ensuring crop and environmental safety. Our approach involves innovative weed detection and mechanical removal systems, alongside optimized field management practices. Join us in redefining weed control for a sustainable future in agriculture. Want to know more? Feel free to contact the project lead: Alexis Perdriau. |
